From this we develop a holistic strategy for a property’s sustainability pathway or for a specific property sustainability initiative project.

Review

We conduct a deep-dive analysis of consumption data and usage trends, building systems, suppliers, materials and products to understand how a building operates and is used by its occupiers.

Opportunity

From our review opportunities are identified and developed into a strategic plan for the delivery of specific sustainability initiative projects or for the commencement of a comprehensive building pathway to deliver improvements over the short, medium and long-term working in synergy with a wider property management strategy.

Deliver

In collaboration with our Property Management colleagues, we implement a buildings sustainability plan and pathway professionally, efficiently and in partnership with the property owner and stakeholders.

Quantify

We monitor the effectiveness of initiatives implemented and review the on-going suitability of the pathway plan for the building. Periodic and concluding reports are provided to the Property Owner throughout the journey.
