PropCom manages the delivery of property projects of a capital expenditure nature in an efficient, safe and professional manner on behalf of Owners & Property Managers.
- Assemble design & advisory teams as appropriate and applicable to the project.
- Agree project brief with client and Property Manager.
- Develop project specification.
- Tender and selection of preferred contractor.
- Oversee contract placement, RAMS, Insurance approvals, site mobilisation.
- Regular site visits and meetings to manage progress in line with programme and in accordance with contract.
- Inspect on completion to include negotiation of snag list completion.
- Receipt, review and acceptance of Safety Files as complete.
